Delivery Policy and Delivery Times
A binding agreement arises once
we accept your order and your Credit/Debit card charge is confirmed.
We use primarily Royal Mail/Parcel Force and the carriers for our deliveries
but we do not accept responsibility for their delivery times and reserve the
right to use whichever carrier we think is the most appropriate to deliver your
goods in a safe and efficient manner.
We send your parcels ONLY by tracking and signed for delivery.
If you need an item urgently, express delivery available. These upgrades will incur additional costs to you.
When you place your order please input your telephone number or mobile phone number. We need it for the carrier who will contact you if it will be any problems in the delivery.
We carry most of our popular products in stock and usually offer a next day despatch if required. Should there be a delay in despatching to you (technical reasons, the last item in stock and was faulty, delay in delivery from our supplier etc.) we will contact you to let you know and a full refund will be issued immediately if you do not want to wait.
International buyers! If you did not find your country in the list of the international shipping prices, please contact us and we will give you the best price.
If your parcel should be returned to us by the carrier as undelivered, we are unable to re-re-send it without charging you additional postage costs.
NOTE
We would remind our customers that at certain times of the year particularly
Christmas delivery services may be disrupted and delays incurred that are
beyond our control. We will post notices on the website to highlight any
changes in our delivery times.
Returns
For RETURNS ADDRESS please contact us through our website message system. An item should never be returned to us without prior authorisation.
The UK's Distance Selling Regulations allow you to cancel a contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. If the goods delivered are damaged in transit please check a parcel and sign for it as “damaged parcel and item” and notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the goods are faulty please advise us within 3 days of receipt.
Returns are not accepted for any perishable goods or ear-rings for pierced ears or item personalised or made to your specification unless the item is faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the goods to the seller. A replacement depends on our available stock and will be sent to the buyer on the receipt of the faulty item.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, preferably unopened to qualify for a full refund. If you did not save the original packaging and the item is not in the saleable conditions when it is returned to us we will charge you 10% restocking fees.
We will normally make refunds within 14-21 working days from the receipt of the return item.
Our return policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Advice on Returns
The wooden jewellery boxes particularly can be easily damaged in transit if not very carefully packed and this could jeopardise your refund or make it necessary for you to claim on the insurance.
We are sure that all our products are well represented in the photographs on our website and every care should be taken to make the right choice before ordering to avoid the difficulties of returning them as unwanted.
